Annette Segura was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up Santiago, Chile where she lived for over 20 years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the State of Texas and earned a Master of Education in Community Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in May of 2011.
With over 6 years of experience, Annette has been able to work in a variety of settings that has allowed her to develop sound therapeutic skills which can be applied in her work with clients from various walks of life. Her therapeutic approach is characterized by an eclectic modality using a variety of tools and interventions drawn from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Narrative therapy; Faith Based counseling, Solution Focused; Experiential therapy; and creative/expressive arts.
