Beth Bolton, MA, NCC, LPC
Beth Bolton is a Texas native but has family roots in the North East. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013. Beth approaches therapy with a non-judgemental, empathetic and understanding approach. She loves to help individuals develop healthier coping skills to effectively manage unwanted symptoms and change unhealthy habits. Beth has a lot of experience with children and adolescents, but also enjoys working with adults. She loves to use different techniques - such as art therapy, sand tray, and mindfulness - to help her clients reach their goals.

Beth recently became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She loves to utilize techniques that are used in a yoga class within her therapy sessions. These techniques include meditation, deep breathing, and focusing on healthy choices. Her therapy models of choice include person-centered, solution focused, and CBT. Beth has experience working with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, self harming behaviors, behavioral issues, marital/relationship conflict, and parenting struggles.
